Mom & Baby (Postnatal) Yoga - 4 week class
Tuesdays. Next session begins February 28th, 10-11am. *As per class descriptions this class is for PRE-crawlers. (Crawlers or almost, see Moms with Tots Yoga.)
Moms with Tots Yoga - 4 week class
Tuesdays, beginning February 28th, 11:30-12:30pm. *As per class descriptions this class is for babies who are mobile (or close) to 2 (ish) years of age.
Prenatal Yoga - 4 and 6 week classes
New session is February 19th, 6-7pm for 6 weeks. Securing your space online for the new class now available.
