Beginner's Meditation - 6 week class

Sundays.  New session begins January 8th, 8:30-9:30 pm .

Gentle Hatha Yoga - 6 week class  
Sundays. New session begins February 19th, 7:15-8:15pm 

Family Yoga - 8 week class

February 4, 2012 10-11am

*No class on holiday weekends.

Mom & Baby (Postnatal) Yoga - 4 week class  
Tuesdays.  Next session begins February 28th, 10-11am.  *As per class descriptions  this class is for PRE-crawlers.  (Crawlers or almost, see Moms with Tots Yoga.)  

Moms with Tots Yoga - 4 week class

Tuesdays, beginning February 28th11:30-12:30pm.  *As per class descriptions this class is for babies who are mobile (or close) to 2 (ish) years of age.   

Prenatal Yoga - 4 and 6 week classes  
New session is February 19th, 6-7pm for 6 weeks.  Securing your space online for the new class now available.
