Reiki Treatments
Kim is a Reiki Master (levels 1, 2, advanced & masters) with three levels of Therapeutic Touch.  She is a 500 hour certified Yoga Teacher, certified Meditation Teacher and uses all these skills in her Treatments.  Kim has been practising energy work for nearly a decade. 

What is Reiki?  It is defined as Universal Life Force Energy and can affect the physical, emotional and spiritual levels.  It has many benefits including:
~reducing stress
~calming
~can help to reduce pain
~can improve circulation

What to expect...
The client lay on the massage table, fully clothed while practitioner moves  hands in the positions either on or just above her body.  Energies become 'unblocked' &/or relaxation achieved.

1 Hour Treatment

A  1 hour treatment with Kim consists of Breath work, and a guided meditation prior to the use of Reiki .  Kim uses singing bowls to mark the time lines and may also use a crystal singing bowl, aromatherapy, smudge, or crystals in the session.

There is a resting period after each session and a discussion of the treatment.  The client is always fully clothed but is advised to wear comfortable, loose clothing for the session.
