Refunds and Complaints

Inquiries should be made to Kim Belanger-Mills for all products and services, with exception of consignment items or classes/events given by a 3rd party. See contact information.  Consignment items or 3rd party classes/events should be directed directly to that person or company.  Kim, PHHCentre and the landlords hold no responsibility for 3rd party products or services.

No refunds on classes after the first day of class. While there are no fees to USE debit or credit cards, there is a 10% fee on debit and credit card REFUNDS for processing and banking fees incurred. 

Refunds on merchandise for manufacturers defects only, with receipt, within 30 days.

Physical product is not available for purchase via website and will not ship from our facility.
